Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and foster brand loyalty. Proactively resolve concerns while adhering to company policies and flex between sales, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to shoppers. Assist teammates and maintain a "friends first" mindset to ensure every guest leaves with an improved experience. This part-time role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
