Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate customers on AE & Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to assist the team and resolve guest concerns proactively. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment to represent company values and build brand loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before

- You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
