Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and foster brand loyalty with a "friends first" mindset. Proactively resolve concerns while adhering to company policy, and flex between the sales floor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to every shopper. Assist teammates to ensure the job gets done while representing company values and your real self daily. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
