Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to guide product selections and build brand loyalty. Educate shoppers on Aerie and AE product details while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to support team goals and ensure smooth operations. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to drive guest retention. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, utilizing a "friends first" approach to make every shopping experience better.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)

- You love interacting with people!
- You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
