Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an amazing shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details and make personalized suggestions while introducing the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed to assist team members and proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
