Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to help them find exactly what they're looking for. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details, make personalized suggestions, and introduce the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed while proactively resolving guest concerns and adhering to company policies. Assist teammates to ensure the job gets done. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age
- You've worked in retail before

- You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
