Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and foster brand loyalty. Educate shoppers on Aerie and AE product details while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Flex between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to support team goals and maintain store operations. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to drive guest retention. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 16 years of age.
- You've worked in retail before.
