Job Summary
Foreman to join ADB's wireline team and lead fiber optic installation on safety-sensitive utility construction sites. Responsibilities include proficient manual labor and equipment operation, setting up traffic control, reading utility prints/maps, loading materials, operating equipment, leading crews, training others on fiber installation practices and OSHA requirements, and ensuring safety compliance. Candidate will mentor crew members, coordinate with customers/subcontractors/homeowners, and travel Nationwide to project sites. Emphasis on safety, professionalism, adaptability, and a strong ALL-IN culture; hands-on leadership in fast-paced environments with equipment operation and field supervision.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of utility construction experience acting as a crew leader and/or foreman
- 1+ year of heavy equipment operating experience
- Valid driver license with a clean driving record
- CDL License (or the ability to obtain)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
