Job Summary
Construct strand infrastructure and lash fiber cables to strand. Operate bucket truck and other equipment for aerial fiber construction; set up job sites with strand trailer, fiber trailer and caddies; read and interpret network prints; safely climb poles using gaffs or ladders; follow OSHA safety requirements and directions from the crew leader; communicate by phone throughout the day; may work nights and weekends; physical requirements and weather conditions apply; must have a CDL and be authorized to work in the United States; training/experience in construction preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Combination of technical training and/or experience
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Valid CDL
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass drug, background, DOT & MVR screenings
