Job Summary
Aerial Adventure Park Guide responsible for greeting guests, delivering safety briefings and gear demonstrations, presenting to groups, guiding guests through age/skill-appropriate courses, observing and assisting guests on courses, maintaining equipment, and supporting park safety and maintenance. Monitors operate at Levels 1–2T with varying assist capabilities; role requires strong communication, safety focus, physical effort (lifting, heights), and the ability to conduct trainings and provide park information. Requires weekend availability, outdoor work, and adherence to safety standards during orientation, training, and daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of age
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Pass criminal history and sexual offender registry background checks
- Be able to lift 50 pounds and comfortable working at heights up to 50 feet preferred
- Regular weekend availability; ideally will also have flexible weekday availability and be able to commit to the full season
- Comfortable with public speaking and possess strong communication skills with a kind, patient approach to working with people
- Reliable with strong work ethics, personal integrity, extreme dedication to safety, and attention to detail
- Passion for working outdoors and comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Able to quickly and competently learn new skill sets both in training and on the job
- Able to pass drug test because this is a drug-free workplace
- Climbing experience preferred, but not required
