Job Summary
Perform lawn aeration, fertilization, and pest control services while maintaining lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds. Remove debris and keep work areas clean, operating hand tools, skid steers, and loaders. Communicate with clients and coworkers to ensure project needs are met while adhering to safety protocols and equipment operation standards. This role requires frequent standing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with flexible hours including occasional weekends. Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance
- Knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, and turf care
- Ability to operate landscape equipment safely and effectively
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- A valid driver's license
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
Desired Qualifications
- A degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience
- Horticulture/Arboriculture Trade Certification
