Job Summary
Design and maintain AEP XDM schemas, datasets, and data ingestion pipelines while configuring Real-Time CDP audiences, identity resolution, and merge policies. Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot data quality issues, and build Customer Journey Analytics connections, dashboards, and metrics. Develop Adobe Target A/B tests, manage audience segments, and support Adobe Launch, Web SDK, and Alloy.js integrations. Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and platform standards. Partner with engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions within a HIPAA-compliant healthcare environment. Participate in Agile planning and ongoing optimization initiatives. This remote role requires occasional onsite travel for key milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Experience Cloud technologies
- Experience with: Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP)
- Experience with: Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Experience with: Adobe Target
- Experience with: Adobe Launch (Tags), Web SDK, and Alloy.js
- Experience with: XDM schema design, data ingestion, audience activation, and identity management
- Working knowledge of: JSON, REST APIs, and AEP Query Service
- Understanding of: data governance and HIPAA-compliant data practices
- Experience supporting enterprise personalization or customer data platforms
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within a healthcare organization or other regulated industry
- Must be able to travel onsite for key project milestones
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Adobe Analytics to CJA migration experience
- Basic SQL or Python
- Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies
- Adobe Experience Cloud certifications
- Adobe Certified Expert — Adobe Experience Platform Technical Foundations
- Adobe Certified Expert — Adobe Real-Time CDP
- Adobe Certified Expert — Customer Journey Analytics
