Job Summary
Directly supervises professional and/or technical staff engaged in program activities to promote the planning, operation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programs in Air Enforcement and Emissions Measurement; leads and coordinates the Continuous Emission Monitoring Program (CEMS/COMS); serves as Subject Matter Expert for CEMS/COMS; acts as liaison with EPA's Clean Air Markets Division and internal DEP for CEM/COMS issues; tracks program activities and provides data for the Performance Partnership Agreement with EPA and DEP's Quality Management Plan updates; prepares guidance/policy and Technical Manual updates; provides training to stakeholders; performs performance evaluations for staff.
Required Qualifications
- Seven (7) years of professional experience in planning, monitoring, coordinating, implementing, modifying, and/or evaluating agency programs and services.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; and three (3) years of the above-mentioned professional experience.
- Possession of a Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline appropriate to the position; and two (2) years of the above-mentioned professional experience.
