AEM Technical Lead

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end technical delivery for Adobe AEM implementations, converting functional requirements into scalable architecture and custom component development. Manage the software development cycle, including research, design, testing, release, and upgrades, while owning the Software Engineering Competency and managing managed services teams. Collaborate with pre-sales to provide technical data for sales pursuits, present product capabilities to business stakeholders, and lead effort estimation discussions with customers and internal teams. Design tiered and microservices-based applications, quantify technical debt, and drive forward-looking technology decisions within Cloud environments.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in web content management
- 3+ years in Adobe AEM (CQ)
- Experience with server setup
- Solid understanding of Java / J2EE, JSP in the context of Adobe CQ, Dispatcher, OSGi, Sling technologies
- Ability to create custom components
- Good understanding of software engineering practices SDLC and Agile
