Job Summary
AEM Full Stack Developer on the Corporate Website team, reporting to the Technology Manager, responsible for shaping corporate websites by developing and implementing components, templates, and workflows in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for high-traffic enterprise sites. Build user interfaces with AEM and modern JavaScript frameworks, translate Figma wireframes and functional requirements into HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, and integrate front-end interfaces with back-end systems. Troubleshoot cross-browser and cross-platform issues, optimize speed and performance, manage day-to-day site updates and asset trafficking, and collaborate with IT/Development, design, project management, and content teams to ensure design quality and future strategies. Participate in application deployment, performance monitoring, and operational issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and implementation.
- Strong foundation in front-end web development.
- HTML5 and CSS3 (required); SASS.
- Extensive experience with JavaScript (ES6+ required); JQuery and/or TypeScript
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience with AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
- Experience creating models and/or services in Java (11+) or similar (C#, JavaScript, etc.).
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling (AJAX, partial page updates).
- Experience with Node.js 16+ and Webpack 4/5.
- Solid understanding of implementing responsive designs and UI/UX best practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
