Job Summary

Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and content fragments to support scalable digital experiences. Build and support AEM as a Cloud Service implementations, including authoring, publishing, and dispatcher configurations. Develop backend services and integrations using Java, Sling, and OSGi, while creating responsive front-end experiences with React or Angular. Collaborate with architects, UX/UI designers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and participate in Agile ceremonies using JIRA and Confluence. Troubleshoot production issues, indexing failures, and search relevance problems, and manage CI/CD pipelines on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. This role is onsite in Dearborn, MI, and requires 5+ years of AEM development experience. Stefanini Group is a CMM Level 5 IT consulting firm serving Fortune 1000 enterprises globally.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in AEM development, including components, templates, workflows, and DAM
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and at least one modern front-end framework, such as React or Angular
  • Experience with Java, Sling, and OSGi in an AEM context
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's Degree

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
  • Experience with DevOps tools and processes, such as Git, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with microservices or service-oriented architecture
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools to support development, testing, or content workflows
  • Adobe AEM certification(s)
  • Experience with Elasticsearch and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based search models
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Agentic AI solutions for automated code reviews
