Job Summary
Collaborate with various teams to drive data design, identify architectural risks, and improve the data landscape by developing and refining data models. Utilize technical expertise in cloud, master data management, data warehousing, and data transformation to develop and test high-quality data solutions. Lead hands-on development, document complex MDM solutions including source-to-target mappings and match-merge rules, and deliver data-centric projects with a focus on data quality and adherence to standards. Requires a Computer Science degree with 4-6 years in MDM configurations within the pharmaceutical domain, including expertise in Reltio and Informatica MDM for HCP and HCO subject areas. Familiarity with Azure and AWS is required, along with knowledge of healthcare data sources such as SP/SD, IQVIA, and claims.
Required Qualifications
- Computer Science degree
- 4-6 years in MDM configurations in pharmaceutical domain
- Expertise in MDM concepts and implementing complex MDM systems from scratch
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with a quality-focused approach
- Experience in data modeling, development, and testing for enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of Azure and AWS
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Azure and AWS is a plus
- Familiarity with Healthcare data sources like SP/SD, IQVIA, claims is a plus
