Job Summary
Operates company aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Air Evac EMS Operations Manual, and all state and municipal regulations; conducts preflight of rotorcraft and monitors weather to ensure safe and efficient operations; reports discrepancies to maintenance and keeps logs; supports mission of emergency medical transportation; requires Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate and Instrument Rating with substantial flight time; on-site housing and career-long alignment with EMS aviation goals; evergreen posting with location flexibility across locations.
Required Qualifications
- 2000 hours total flight time
- 1500 hours helicopter time
- 1000 hours helicopter pilot in command
- 500 hours turbine
- 100 hours night unaided, or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided
- Previous HAA experience or equivalent – preferred
- Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate
- Rotorcraft-Helicopter Instrument Rating
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Upload your Pilot License and FAA Medical Certificate
