Job Summary
Ensure all aircraft operations comply with Federal Aviation Regulations, the Air Evac EMS Operations Manual, and state/municipal rules. Operate the rotorcraft safely and efficiently while monitoring weather forecasts and conducting preflight inspections using the appropriate flight manual. Report discrepancies immediately to maintenance and maintain shift readiness. This role requires 2000 total flight hours, 1000 helicopter PIC hours, and a Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate with Instrument Rating. The position offers a 7/7 schedule at most locations, on-duty housing, and a starting salary range of $87,019 to $95,720, plus a sign-on and retention bonus. Required Qualifications
- 2000 hours total flight time
- 1500 hours helicopter time
- 1000 hours helicopter pilot in command
- 500 hours turbine
- 100 hours night unaided, or 50 hours unaided with 100 hours aided
- Rotorcraft-Helicopter Commercial Certificate
- Rotorcraft-Helicopter Instrument Rating
- 230-pound weight limit dressed in flight suit and boots
- Upload your Pilot License and FAA Medical Certificate
