Job Summary
Conduct a wide variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects within residential apartment buildings, including drywall repairs, painting, flooring, tile work, and general upkeep. Utilize basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades to complete tasks effectively. Prioritize daily workloads and maintain a proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality results. This role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to communicate in English, with bilingualism being an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 year of experience as a handyman or in a similar position
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Experience with drywall repairs, painting, flooring, tile repairs, and general maintenance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable, independent, and punctual
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for repairs and maintenance needs
- Must be able to communicate in English
