Job Summary

AEC Recruiter/Relationship Builder to join Ayres' Human Resources team. Drives full-cycle recruiting, builds talent pipelines, partners with divisions for brand recognition and growth campaigns, drafts postings, screens candidates, conducts interviews, supports onboarding and compliance, and liaises with agencies. Travel required; strong relationship-building, communication, and HRIS/ATS proficiency needed. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; PHR/SPHR a plus. Experience in corporate recruiting, employer branding, social media recruiting, and employment law knowledge are desirable. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment; recruiting in the AEC industry is desired
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and the MS Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions across disciplines and locations while providing high-touch service to hiring managers
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with candidates, colleagues, leaders, and HR partners
  • Willingness and ability to routinely travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
