Job Summary
AEC Recruiter/Relationship Builder to join Ayres’ HR team in Fort Collins. Responsibilities include co-managing the full-cycle recruiting process (drafting postings, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding), building talent pools via existing connections and external platforms, representing Ayres at universities/career fairs, collaborating across divisions on branding and campaigns, and ensuring a positive, compliant candidate experience. Requires solid recruiting experience (5+ years), proficiency with ATS/HRIS, ability to manage multiple requisitions, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, willingness to travel, and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (PHR/SPHR a plus). Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across disciplines and locations
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to routinely travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
