Job Summary
AEC Recruiter/Relationship Builder responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment in a corporate environment, with emphasis on relationship-building, employer branding, and collaborative strategy across divisions. Responsibilities include drafting postings, screening and interviewing, managing onboarding, ensuring EEO compliance, liaising with agencies and external recruiters, representing Ayres at career events, and handling multiple requisitions with a strategic, high-touch approach. Candidates should be skilled in ATS/HRIS, social media recruiting, university outreach, and capable of traveling. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment; recruiting in the AEC industry is desired
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and the MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions across disciplines and locations while providing high-touch service to hiring managers
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with candidates, colleagues, leaders, and HR partners
- Willingness and ability to routinely travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
