Job Summary
AEC Recruiter/Relationship Builder to join Ayres’ Human Resources team, responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including drafting postings, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Represent Ayres at universities, career fairs, and other events; collaborate across divisions on branding and growth-focused campaigns; manage multiple requisitions across disciplines and locations with high-touch service, ensuring EEO compliance and effective candidate experience. Requires travel and strong relationship-building to connect talent with opportunities, using storytelling to convey Ayres’ culture and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment (AEC industry preferred)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions across disciplines and locations
- Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; PHR or SPHR certification a plus
