AE - Store Team Leader (Store Manager)

Lead a Retail Store as Store Team Leader for AE/Aerie in Barrie, overseeing end-to-end store operations, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving sales and guest experience, and owning the store's business plan to meet KPI goals. You will manage controllable elements of the store's P&L, analyze reporting and sales trends to make real-time decisions, recruit and develop staff with succession planning, ensure adherence to AEO Brand Visual Standards (Floorsets, merchandising and replenishment), optimize scheduling and payroll, uphold Asset Protection standards, and apply employment-law awareness. You will build guest loyalty through a best-in-class experience, lead performance reviews and development plans, and foster a collaborative, accountable team culture aligned with the brand. Requirements include leadership experience in retail management, strong communication and conflict-management skills, business acumen, and availability to work when guests shop.
