Job Summary
Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class experience. Create, manage, and own the store's business plan to meet KPI goals while analyzing reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time decisions that achieve financial targets. Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team by developing leadership through training, performance feedback, and individual development plans. Champion a culture of teamwork by establishing goals, holding associates accountable to brand standards, and celebrating outstanding performance daily. Ensure consistent adherence to AEO Brand Visual Standards by owning all visual and merchandising processes, including Floorsets and merchandise adjustments. Manage workforce scheduling by evaluating traffic, calendars, and payroll reports to meet business needs and leverage top talent. Demonstrate integrity in compensation decisions and ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards.
