Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience and make product suggestions. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie details, introduce the loyalty program, and flex across the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and assist teammates to ensure tasks get done. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment, representing brand values and integrity at all times.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
