Job Summary
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and build brand loyalty. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and policies across all zones including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to shoppers. Assist team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment. Prioritize making every guest's day better than before they arrive.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
