Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Educate customers on Aerie and AEO product details while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policies. Flex between the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom zones to support team goals and maintain brand standards. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to build customer retention. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
