Job Summary
Engage guests daily using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and ensure a positive shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flexibly rotate between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to support store operations. Proactively resolve guest concerns and adhere to company policies while maintaining a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere. Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts to match guest shopping patterns.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
