Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and enhance their shopping experience. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie product details while promoting the brand loyalty program and additional channels. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to assist your team and resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
