Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and build brand loyalty. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie details while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policy. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom to assist your team and maintain store operations. You will introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to drive guest retention. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment to make every shopping experience better than before they came in.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
