Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product suggestions and build brand loyalty. Educate shoppers on Aerie and AEO product details while introducing the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom to assist team members and resolve guest concerns proactively. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, adhering to company policies with a friends-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
