Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to guide product selections and introduce the loyalty program. Flex across the salesfloor, cash, fitting room, and stockroom while proactively resolving concerns and adhering to company policy. Assist teammates to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
