Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience and make product suggestions. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy, and flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests, while assisting teammates to ensure all tasks are completed. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store operations during peak shopping times.
Required Qualifications
- You're available to work when guests shop (lookin' at your evenings, weekends & holidays!)
- You're at least 18 years of age.
- You've worked in retail before.
