Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model to provide personalized product education and suggestions while maintaining a "friends first" mindset. Proactively resolve guest concerns and adhere to company policies, flexing between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to drive brand love and loyalty. Assist teammates and ensure all store operations run smoothly while representing company values with your authentic self. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment to make every shopping experience better than before it began.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
