Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to provide an exceptional shopping experience. Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details, make personalized suggestions, and introduce the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom zones while proactively resolving guest concerns and adhering to company policies. Assist teammates to ensure the job gets done, maintaining integrity and representing the brand values authentically. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
