AE - Sr Brand Ambassador (Sr Sales Associate)

As a Sr Brand Ambassador for AE/Aerie, you’ll bring the brand to life in a part-time role by delivering an amazing shopping experience, educating guests on product details, and driving loyalty programs. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, resolve guest concerns while upholding store policies, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. You’ll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model with an energetic, guest-focused approach, share product knowledge, promote brand channels and loyalty programs, and demonstrate integrity and adaptability in a fast-paced retail setting. You must be 18+, have prior retail experience, and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
