Job Summary
Provide exceptional in-store experience as a Sr Brand Ambassador for AE & Aerie in Hershey, PA. Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset, educate customers on product details, make product suggestions, introduce the loyalty program and brand channels, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and alignment with AE/O brand values. Prior retail experience and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred. You will be the face of the brand, helping guests find exactly what they’re looking for and driving brand loyalty.
