Job Summary
Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" mindset to guide them in finding products that fit their needs. Educate shoppers on AE & Aerie details, proactively resolve concerns while adhering to company policy, and introduce the loyalty program and additional brand channels. Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed to support the team. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment, applying your retail experience to build brand loyalty and represent company values authentically.
Required Qualifications
- You're at least 18 years of age
- You've worked in retail before
