Job Summary
Lead a growing team of Account Executives focused on securing new business with prospective clients across the SMB and mid market segments. Provide sales mentorship and elevate the team’s abilities while building a diverse talent pipeline. Support career development goals through coaching and quarterly talent management reviews. Accurately forecast revenue pipeline and develop scalable sales processes and procedures. Innovate ways to balance sales opportunities and pipeline creation, while demonstrating value to the customer at all stages of the sales cycle. Focus on client success and devise tactics to maintain close relationships. Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing teams. Develop and circulate best practices to support the growing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support regional success. Be proactive about solving problems and take on additional initiatives as they emerge. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position LinkedIn Sales Solutions strategically. Leverage data and analytics to refine sales strategies and measure performance. Represent LinkedIn Sales Solutions at industry events and through thought leadership activities. Travel as required for business purposes.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- 1+ years of People Management experience
- Experience directly managing individual sales reps
- Experience in a SaaS-based, startup environment
- Experience working in a high-growth sales organization
- Knowledge of subscription-based business sales models
- Excellent communication, social selling and persuasion skills with a strong sales process discipline
- Ability to build a pipeline and achieve revenue targets in a predictable way
- Ability to drive and manage cross-functional projects to drive scale
