Job Summary
Lead LOD shifts and manage daily store operations to maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity while driving KPI results. Motivate and train associates on AEO service standards, recruiting strong talent and providing real-time coaching to meet business needs. Execute visual and operational procedures, including merchandising moves and shipment processing, ensuring guest-ready fitting rooms and brand compliance. Maintain safety and asset protection standards while representing company values and celebrating team performance.
