Job Summary
Lead LOD shifts and manage daily store operations to maximize fitting room and sales floor productivity while driving KPI results. Motivate and train associates on AEO's core values, ensuring they meet service standards and represent the Guest First culture. Recruit and hire talent to maintain staffing levels, then coach Sales and Stock Associates on clear goals and real-time performance feedback. Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves, while upholding asset protection and safety standards.
