AE - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

Retail Sales Leader role focused on driving in-store sales and guest experience in an AE/AEO store. Responsibilities include leading and developing the store team, maximizing productivity in the fitting room and on the salesfloor, recruiting and training associates, coaching for high performance, ensuring adherence to brand standards and store policies, executing daily visual and operational procedures (merchandising, shipments, safety and asset protection), and driving KPI results while delivering a guest-first experience. The position requires leadership, multi-tasking, time management, business acumen, and flexible availability to support guest shopping times.
