Job Summary
Lead store operations and drive strong sales results as AE - Sales Leader at a full-time retail store in Youngstown, OH. Responsible for leading Leader on Duty shifts, maximizing in-store productivity in fitting room and on the sales floor, training and developing associates, achieving KPI targets, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring a safe, guest-first experience consistent with AE&Aerie values. Demonstrates strong people leadership, performance coaching, visual/operational execution, and asset protection adherence while supporting store leadership in optimizing business opportunities.
