Job Summary
As the full-time AE Sales Leader, you drive KPI results by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, delivering an exceptional in-store guest experience, and leading store operations. You train, motivate, and develop associates, recruit strong talent, ensure adherence to AEO Brand Standards, and maintain guest-first service while managing visual and operational procedures, shipment processing, merchandising moves, and safety/asset protection. You’ll lead by example, coach performance in real time, and foster a collaborative, energetic team culture focused on achieving sales goals and upholding store standards.
