Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations as a Leader on Duty, maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity to drive KPI results. Motivate and train associates by holding them accountable to service standards while recruiting and developing talent to meet staffing needs. Execute visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves, ensuring guest-ready fitting rooms and adherence to brand safety and asset protection policies. Provide real-time coaching through clear goal setting and celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement.
