Job Summary

Lead LOD shifts and manage daily store operations while maximizing sales productivity through fitting room and salesfloor optimization. Motivate and train associates to uphold service standards, recruit talent to meet staffing needs, and deliver real-time coaching on attainable goals. Execute visual and operational procedures including shipment processing and merchandising moves to ensure brand compliance and guest readiness. Maintain asset protection and safety standards while representing core values and company culture.
