Job Summary
Lead LOD shifts and manage daily store operations to maximize sales productivity and drive KPI results. Motivate and train associates on AEO's core values while holding teams accountable for salesfloor and fitting room standards. Recruit, hire, and coach staff to ensure optimal staffing and outstanding guest service. Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves, to maintain brand standards. Uphold safety and asset protection policies while representing company values and engaging guests. Requires flexible availability for guest hours; offers 40% off product, store contests, and career development opportunities.
