Job Summary
Lead LOD shifts and manage daily store operations to maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity while driving KPI results. Motivate and train associates, recruiting strong talent and providing real-time coaching to uphold AEO's service standards and Guest First culture. Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves, ensuring brand standards and asset protection are maintained. Represent company values and adhere to all policies while celebrating team performance. Requires flexible availability to work when guests shop.
